• All projects undergo a 3 stage verification process, consisting of basic proofreading, substantial editing and post-format review.

Terminology Research & Management - During translation we identify and, especially for large projects, we make a glossary list or database of all specific terminology used in the document, After we agree upon the translation of your company’s specific terms, the glossary will remain in our possession, so it can be used for any future projects you may have.
If necessary, we can send you the glossary, for your own use, in which case it will be invoiced separately, as a Terminology Research service.

Desktop Publishing Services - Where needed, our DTP specialist performs complete formatting and layout of your document, incorporates translated text into graphics or if they are culturally inappropriate, changes the graphics with others approved by you
NOTE: DTP Services are not included in the price for Specialized Translation; they are invoiced as a separate service, at an hourly rate.
